Licensing and permanent numbers

And how do you control that someone actually entered a specific event - or do I prepay for all events when I get my permanent number - or do they scan the barcode on my number when I enter my pen and send me the bill later?

 

I get your point, you would still need something that differentiates you on race day as someone with a permanent number that has entered the event as opposed to someone who has a permanent number but has not entered and just rocks up to ride.

 

Also how would you control batches and riders starting in their designated start groups. Due to numbers and seeding some races i could start in  Lic some A, others B etc.
