to be a bit more helpful, here's one way:

 

Go into windows explorer and select your pics. Right click and say ‘send to’ ‘mail recipient', a dialogue box will give you a "do you want to make your pictures smaller" prompt, click on “make all my pictures smaller” then ‘ok’ and then it will open a new mail message. On the menu of that message, go to ‘file’, ‘save attachments’ and then select a new folder to save you pictures
