Hi guys,

 

I currently do alot of MTB and road cycling plus do some IDT.

 

I use a formula to work out how my training is progressing. I dont have a fancy RX800 or 310TX so made my own based on info from my cat eye. Not sure if it is worthwhile...

 

(AVG Speed/ AVG HR)X 100

 

So this ranges from 15.xx on MTB to 29.XX on IDT. Then once a week, I train on IDT for 1 hour at avg speed of 35 at cadence of 80 and see my value and hopefully, it climbs.

 

Are there other methods to get decent info that you know of?
