opinions needed for choice of new mountain bike

Guys Please give me some input and your opinion.

 

i am in the process of buying a new bike.

 

i kinda had my mind made up. on the Merida One-Twenty 1500D, but had a look at FPC today and saw a Specialized in my price region.

 

now as far as i can see it is not as well specked as the Merida. Merida runs Full XT where as the Specialized is a bit of a mix and match.

I should probley just stick to my original plan and go for the Merida

The Merida is a fantastic bike you won't be sorry. Recently bought one myself and loving it.

 

If you're still struggling to make up your mind though have a look at the Ghost ASX 5500, same price range as the 120.

yes the Ghost also looks like a nice bike.

 

i still think the Merida is the way to go
