What to do when you spot a stolen bike?

Hi all

 

In the past two days I've spotted some rather un-athletic rather disadvantaged looking dudes riding some awesome bikes ie a Merida FS in Randbug CBD and GT hardtail with rockshox reba (or somthing RS)in Mellvile and another Merida HT in Randburg.I was driving with some one (as the passenger) so couldn't stop or interfere.

I gather these dude bought the bikes from the gang who are buying them from the dudes who steal them and probably not the guys stealing them since it looked like they were commuting.

 

So What to do when one see a bike that one it at least 80%~100% sure its a stolen bike? Any ideas?
