Blue Cannondale Optimo size 63

I've only recently gone onto the Hub.My Blue Cannondale Optimo got stolen last year. It is a size 63, so it is a odd size. Have not any of those around. Got stolen at my house in Hartenbos but could be anywhere by now. Cannondale is written in White and it has Pazzaz carbon Handlebars,stem and seatpost. I've put new Mavic Aksium wheels on just one moth prior to it being stolen. If you know of a bike like that on the road, please let me know.
