To all who might have had the misfortune of having to talk an insurance company to claim for your stolen bikes, I salute you... It sucks going through a bloody robbery, then you fight your way through loopholes and gaps that insurance try to screw you - for a lack of better words.... (yes they did pay out eventually)

 

But do not fret, there is a silver lining on the edge of these dark, gloomy clouds of despair...called, Cyclelab Centurion to be precise. These guys helped us tremendously and treated us like kings. It was a fantastic experience and I commend them for their exceptional service.
