brake discs

can you fit brake discs and rotors to a silverback Reno? the ones with a cable and not change the shifter/brake lever?

...umm... he did mention that he just wants 'cable' (mechanical) disc brakes...

 

So if your frame and fork have either the post or IS mountings, and your hubs have either 6 bolt or centrelock mountings... then yes... the combo shifter/brake levers would be able to work with some mechanical disc calipers
