I'm brand new to the cycling scene! Can you guys tell me if the following price for a Bianchi road bike is on par?

 

Bianchi VIA Nirone 7 Xenon(2011) - Aluminium frame with a carbon fibre fork, size 55.

 

Its second hand and its going to cost me R 13 000.
