Choice between NRS 1 and Avalanche 1.0 Which would you take?

I have the choice between 2 frames - a Giant NRS 1 and a GT Avalanche 1.0. Both are decked out with 2010 XT, Rock Shox Tora, both have the same brakes, wheels etc...

 

For X.C. Which one would you rather ride? Reasons?

I'm just not a fan of Giant. If they are both made up of the same components, start looking at weight and then which one looks better :-)
