What I got was this transparent plaster which looks like a sticker and pasted it over the wound. You can leave it on for a week and its waterproof so its safe for a shower and it comes in different sizes. you should find it at you local chemist It's called Opsite Flexigrid. Clicks and Dischem stock it. Works great.
andydude Posted August 23, 2011 Author Posted August 23, 2011 Currently I use the Opsite one with the pad, but next change on Thursday I'll do the clear sticker. Shaving? I'm pretending to be a MTBer. And the no-shaving is partly why I ride with the warmers! Will have to shave in the next two weeks before road races start. The calves must be from the angle of the photo. I'm quite skinny and don't really have big calves!
