What I got was this transparent plaster which looks like a sticker and pasted it over the wound. You can leave it on for a week and its waterproof so its safe for a shower and it comes in different sizes. you should find it at you local chemist It's called Opsite Flexigrid. andydude Posted August 23, 2011 Share Currently I use the Opsite one with the pad, but next change on Thursday I'll do the clear sticker. Shaving? I'm pretending to be a MTBer. And the no-shaving is partly why I ride with the warmers! Will have to shave in the next two weeks before road races start. The calves must be from the angle of the photo.
