do I buy this road bike

Hi all

I have decided I need a Road bike, and I have been looking around at second hand bikes that are in my budget frame.

 

so far I have only found one bike that looks to be worth it.... It is the Scott AFD Expert, I am not sure of the year model at all. it comes with a Richy seat and a computer and it is been sold for R2000. I will have to replace the grip tape and the tyres which will cost me another R800. If I had to take this bike I will be putting on gaterskins ( if I have that right)

 

What do you guys think is this a good buy or not, should I take it or should I wait and see what come up later?

this bike is black in colour if that helps at all.
