Disk brakes on a V-brake frame

What do you call and where in Pretoria can i get those meggaftertjies that you use to rout brake pipes on a V brake frame. Can I fit the pre bled Shimano brakes to them?, ie how do i get the brackets over the pipe without undoing them?

 

Also in the pack are little washers that fit on the disk caliper mounting bolt where you can thread a wire through to retain the mounting bolts.

I used Shimano housing guides and they worked 100%.

And it's not a washer but the bolt that has the holes through the head for the wire. I never used it as it normally comes with XTR, but my XT came with plastic plugs that wrapped around the knurled bolt heads and over the ends of the caliper.
