The seller got quoted R500 from somehwere, which is about what it would cost to send a whole bike! Apparently the volumetric is the factor that makes it so expensive. *apologies if this has been posted before, I couldn't find any recent discussions...

buckstopper Posted November 6, 2011 Posted November 6, 2011 Postnet Broadacres will do it for R195, economy courier 48-72hrs, subject to volumetric mass (this is based on 15kg) - also by parcel post @ less than R100 assuming actual mass less than 5kg
