Back brakes (elixir3) too tight

Need some advice on the above.. It's a new bike but the back brakes are too tight, when I roll the back wheel it comes to a stop almost immediate .

 

Is there a screw to adjust or alt do the need to be bled and if so, how ?

Got home ready to do as the video and the brake sorted it self?? Problem fixed
