Can anyone help me with a tour training program? It can be 3 - 21 days, doesn't matter. I am looking at trying something different with my training as I've always been on a "prepare for race day" training program (as in intervals during the week and push hard on Sunday).

Try Maryke as well! She done some fantastic work with me! I've been cycling for 7 years and always finished in the middle of the O group, but with her help I was able to do a 2:50 in the Burger and that was a week after DC! I've also moved up 6 groups. I highly recommend her and so does fellow hubbers
