The avg guide for PROS is to get 10 hours of Zzzzz per day.

Often excluding a power nap after a training ride.

 

Sleep is key.

In today's whirlwind lifestyle, most ordinary, never mind endurance athletes, are in sleep 'debt'.

Here I go again 02:00 and I am wide awake

 

Well I only get HOME After 03h00 in the Morning! To Start again at 10h00.
