Just a quick update:

 

Out of the 4 therapist we have, 3 are fully booked. Our 4th therapist has 8/10 slots still open, so don't leave your bookings until the last minute.

 

We are also holding a lucky draw for the end of Cape Epic for a very rare Conti Cycling Calendar. There are only 20 in the country....if you think the Pirelli calendar is something....just imagine a cycling version. This calendar is worth 40 Euro's.

 

You'll have to find us at Epic to enter, so what this space!!!!
