ROUTE DESCRIPTION:

 

The route consists of a 20km loop running anti-clockwise from Solms-Delta,

 

consisting of 25% tar (on the R45) & 75% off-road, with one climb amongst vineyards.

 

The off-road section is made up mainly of farm roads, with a mix of sandy sections,

 

some harder surfaces with stones and some short sections of single track.

 

It is recommended to take part on a mountain bike with off-road tyres.
