Spinning in Pretoria North, Montana area

Where can we join a cycling based spinning class in the Montana, Annlin, Sinoville or Pretoria North area. Even across the hill in Wonderboom will suffice. We are not interested in joining a class that does funny stuff like one legged pedaling, training with weights while spinning and all the other yuppie kind of stuff. It must be cycling based with interval training, "uphill" and standing.

Best bet is the Gym at Wonderwaters , they have spinning there.

There is also a spinning studio at the Sinnoville cricket grounds, next to the tennis courts. Alternatively try Lionel's spinning studio in Mountainview
