The website tells of the marking, but no details of technical challenges or distances of the different routes.

Anybody got any info, especially of distances?

Can't help you out on distances... but can tell you that none of the trails are long.

They use a colour grading system.

Green = Beginner

Blue = Intermediate

Black = Advanced

Black Diamond = Expert

Double Black Diamond = high risk (aka dirt jumps)

On top of that they use a numbering system from 1-5. 1 bieng lowest.

ie. a Green 4 is more challenging than a Green 2.

The park has perimeter roads which are bi-directional. (all Green skill level), with loops that branch off. These loops vary from Green to Black Diamond.

Each loop is pretty short, and joins back to the perimeter road. The park in general is quite compact but uses the space quite wisely. Even if you puncture a tyre at the furtherst part, it's less than a 10min push back to the club house.

I'm leaving to go there now. Maybe I'll see you on the trals (looks out for a bright green Cannondale AM bike).
