  1. I have a suspicion that Grass Muncher is a duplicate account of someone here that was purely created to causes drama. I picked up a little glitch where he/she/it replied to a thread in such a random fashion that it could only point to being logged in on the wrong account. At least I troll with my primary account
  2. Definitely würth it.
  3. So just a whole lot of affiliate link spam disguised as an article to bikes that are sold on Amazon?
  4. Try and do your test before your alarm goes off.
  5. Exactly who we use. I did find though that once it gets cold and you reheat it gets a weird texture. Not pleasant cold either.
  6. I'm normally 5+/- from the recommended cadence. The Shovel also scares me haha. Will give it a shot and see. I need to see why my ceiling is so low. On the trail I vary cadence a LOT while I ride. Sprints, spins, power climbs etc.
  7. I'll track tonight using the Tickr with Kickr feeding into strava via sufferfest And Apple Watch recording an indoor ride into strava See how it compares. All previous tests showed the Apple watch to be very close to the Tickr when working out.
  8. I think I need to get that done indeed. I use the Wahoo Tickr together with the IDT and then Apple Watch with Strava on the trail. I feel like I'm mostly at idle when riding but my legs don't agree.
  9. My understanding as well. I don't feel fatigued really and I was able to hit a hard sufferfest session last night without hassle. Max HR was 129bpm and avg was 110bpm. It takes a massive effort for me to hit above 150bpm though. In theory I should see at least 170bpm during a hard effort
  10. So this is a very confusing topic for me. For the past 30 days my Apple Watch has tracked me almost non stop. It tells me my average is 26ms. I'm 40 years old, about 20kg over my goal weight but fairly strong on the bike. My resting heart rate is below 60 and I have no chronic conditions. Blood glucose and cholesterol is 1000% correct. According to Whoop an athlete aged 40 should be between 35ms and 65ms. What does 26ms translate to exactly? Unfit? Unhealthy? New Heart?
  11. I thought it was a thread about Hondas. I'm very interested in this topic though as I have a very slight RBBB and with a history of heart issues in the family you can never have too much data available. Thanks for starting it.
  12. Care to share the doctored photos?
  13. “Pulled pork” wraps with guacamole, cucumber, tomato, lettuce, and “cheese” Light and filling. Wayne? I need ideas for tomorrow night.
  14. Season 1 was really good Season 2 confused me in the first episode so it was abandoned. Currently watching: Preacher The Boys The Stand Definitely a good selection.
  15. No need to trade at all. Just pay it forward down the line.
  16. I have a 600mm Truvativ bar that was gifted to me and I'm paying it forward. Also have a Selle Italia Shiver TLD edition looking for a new home. It is well used but it's only taking space in my drawer.
  17. Couldn’t go to be distributer. Pure Motion is absolutely incredible. I wish they still did POC.
  18. Thanks so much. Managed to find a post to borrow for the weekend and my dropper post was back to me this morning.

  20. Your could sub out red meat with chicken and fish. Then switch to fish only. Eventually dropping the fish. Worked fairly well for me.
  21. How much of your meat intake is red meat?
  22. Happy to help a fellow audiophile.

  24. Norwood area but I can take a drive out to Broadacres side.
  25. Sadly not. My dropper is in for repairs and I have skills course to attend on Sunday. My post was supposed to be back today and now I'm a little bit in the lurch.
