Friends bikes were stolen out of bakkie this morning in Parow.

Eina! We're they in a canopy or just on the back. Seems like bike theft is on the up n up in Cpt. Hope your friend has a good insurance and they don't give him grief.

bikes were in a locked canopy & a few meters away from a 'blind' security guard !!
