I know Paul quite well and his work is awesome.The bikes are hot and his service is great.

 

This was done for one of the triathletes for Olympics.

:thumbup: I contacted him and within minutes he responded, only thing is cost of import duty has me worried and off course sleeping on the couch wont be nice

Duties won't be to bad but the postage is a killer,i got a quote last year to send a frame to SA and it was 220 euros.

Yip its 300 euros when I spoke to him in Dec will maybe just have to take the plunch and be willing to sleep on the couch too

You can have a custom spray job done or he has about 20 designs to chose from.His work is very good.Most of his bikes are sold to Belgium and German triathletes.

My dream would be a Scott Foil but the Prospekt is the closest i have come to that same ride.

am i correct in saying that it is basically the same service... they source carbon frames and custom spray them to your choice.. i would rather support Collin (local)

Import duties and taxes here are very high from The East so it will be cheaper to buy in SA.

Bike frames here are very expensive if you can get them and he saw a market for blank frames.

Yes agree, but really let's be honest how many of us do really support local. How brilliant is this to have these beauts model your bikes.

I fully support local and will support Collin any day his stuff is wicked too,
