Purpose built dual cycling lanes (made from tennis court type asphalt) Stretch for 25 km in one direction linking tai po market and tsuen wan. Bike hire shops on either end, so you can rent a bike and go riding for approx R20 per hour. Little cafe's and rest stops along the route exclusively for cyclists. Gotta love Hong Kong.
