Which Rim for a PowerTap?

Currently my only REAL options are

• Ksyrium Equipe
  
• Remerx Alcyon
  

as I've been told that the distributors do not have stock of the Eastons, nor do they know when they'll get..

darn... Apparently the distributors have no stock for the Equipe. Need to wait 3 months

some useful info, weight of Alcyon 24H buitl with double butted Sapium spokes with a SL+ hub 1020g

Phoned through yesterday, and was quoted on American Classis 420 and PowerTab branded rims...

Dunno the PT rims, and American Classic are for light weight riders in my mind

if looking for a bullet proof wheel then 28 or 32 spokes is ideal 20 and 24 normally used for racing wheels.

 

some useful info if your weight is more than 75kg and can produce high power i.e. FTP of 280W or more do not go 24 spokes 28 or 32 ideal to race on a 24H with deep section wheels i.e. 60mm is ok as the spokes are a little shorter meaning less flex in the rim
