My avg hr tue was 178. Saw 182 for a long duration.

34 205cm tall 130kg aim to be 110kg Ridnimg bike 14 yrs Started at 155kg. Ftp 365 watt.

That's like a feather. At my goal weight I will be 110kg. Now 130. To do that watts you do need to push 450 watts. Not easy nearly impossible.
