Woody Cape mtb race in early May

The above race is open to entries but unfortunately it only has a 55km and 18km ride,that is,nothing in between.

Has anyone done this one before and if so,how does it compare to

to the Knysna oyster 60km/Tsitsikamma 42 km/Addo 60km etc OR is it more difficult ?

On their site they suggest the longer one is "tough", I would like to do it as I don't want to drive from Port Elizabeth to Alexandria (Near Port Alfred) for 18km's.

I would appreciate any comments please.

Havent done it but just go for it can only be an adventure.

I have clocked lots of mtb miles in that area. There are hills but they are not very tough. From what I understand most of the route is gravel road, so I don't think it will be very technical.
