SRAM Apex

Hi guys,

 

I know there has been some discussions regarding SRAM, but I need some help...

I am buying a groupset but I need to know that I am buying the right thing.

 

What are your thoughts on SRAM Apex (road bike)?

Apex was apparently aim squarely at Shimano 105, but is something like 135g lighter than 105. It is therefore in the same class as 105. There was a write up on www.cyclingnews.com sometime back. Do a search on the site, I'm sure that you will find it.

 

Go for the Apex White. It is stunning, the shift levers, rear deraileur and crank are all white. Will look awesome on a black bike
