Shane Bob Posted May 4, 2012 Posted May 4, 2012 hi guys! im wanting to take a 9 speed cassette off of a shimano wrh500 wheel and put a 10 speed cassette onto the free wheel body, will the cassette fit on snug and will if function properly? thanks hubbers!
Agteros Posted May 4, 2012 Posted May 4, 2012 The 10 speed cassette might need a spacer to fit snugly. Should get it with the cassette.

Tankman Posted May 6, 2012 Posted May 6, 2012 Should fit, you will however need to change chain as well to 10spd and change right hand shifter as well. No point in sitting with a 10 speed cassette & 10 speed chain but your shifter is 9 speed. Chain will be jumping in between gears
