No, I completely ignored rule 5 and decided that going out in pouring rain would be a bad idea

I'm in the Eastern Cape for the next 2 weeks, but will PM everyone once I get back so we can go for a few rides.

What sort of intensity are you guys doing or planning to do on these rides?

My rides are fairly fast but it's all relative.

What sort of intensity are you guys doing or planning to do on these rides?

 

Whatever suits people best. On my own, I try to keep it above 25 - 27kph in hilly areas and a bit more over the flat stuff, but it does vary a lot. Morning rides are normally slower because I'm more careful on descents.
