Hi guys,

 

Thought I'd share this with you...

 

I got myself one of these rubber bracelets with all my medi-info on it + it sends out a notification to your next of kin that you are in an emergency, when a person sms your unique number.

 

This would be very helpful when you are out on a ride with friends and they may not know all your medical info, or whatever activity you might be doing

 

This could save your life (no pun intended) :)
