Track bike wanted 56cm

Hi there

 

I need a track bike... I am willing to pay R3500.

 

Don't want a top of the range bike, but neither a old rusty one. haha

 

Need a 56cm frame. I can take the frame and fork only.

 

Please let me know. I want to start track cycling but need a good bike.
