It is not often that one gets amazing service in South Africa so this one is worth the mention.

 

I bought a Catlike Whisper Helmet in London last week. I got back, pulled it out of its box only to notice that there was a problem with the plastic join on the fastener.

 

I got hold of Johann from WSquared Cycling (the local distributor of Catlike) who managed to resolve my issue within 8 hours.

 

He has endeavoured to send me a new helmet to my adress within 24 hours.

 

This is truly incredible service. Good on you Johann.
