Going to try this tonight.

 

Although my reba needs a full seal replacement as a quick fix, can one remove the spacer without tearing it down completely? Is it just a case of removing the "lock out" selector and pulling the cartridge out?

 

'Fraid not, the spacer's in the spring leg and you'll have to take the lowers off and get to it from the bottom. At minimum you'll need new crush washers and some 15wt oil.
