Any idea where I can get a flat headset bearing cover to drop my stem to the max?

My Talon came with a flat FSA cover similar to that.

My bike came with a tall top cap, so I took it back to the LBS and asked for a flat one.

So they rummaged around their bits and pieces bucket and found one that fitted.

 

Not all flat caps fit all headsets. ie its got to press on the right places to seal and load the bearings etc.

At this weekends WP XCO race I saw 360Lifes James Reid rides without cap and the stem is straight onto the bearing :-O
