hi guys

i want to know how i must be training for downhill and what must i be eating. how many hours must i be training a day and what sort of training must i be doing.

surprised we havent had a comment here yet.

 

i dont know any better but im guessing some high intensity interval type training would be good.

high intensity short duration.

 

but as i say i have no clue
