Is this from the rains we're having now or from years back when it flooded? I remember this happening years back, but wasn't aware it did again?

This is now at 7am,it's the second flood in 6 years.

Disaster management have been informed that another 50-60mm will fall n the next 8 hours.

And this damn you can't see from the road. Then there is another one right next to Seaview road as well, and it'll go over the road again today. Even before this, Lake Farm was FULL. Usually you can see a bit of an island between the two halves, there is none. I wouldn't be surprised if this rains pushes it up close to the road.
