tight front shifters

Ok so my bike went in for a BIG service. Now it is nearly impossible to push the front derailleur shifter so that I can go into the big ring. My thumb is close to breaking off.

I am not happy but what besides taking it back what is wrong?

Kinks in the cable.

 

Front derailer not positioned right.

 

H and L screws not right.

Bike shop must fix this for free.
