I did not have enough funds on my phone the other day (prepaid) to activate the full BIS service from MTN. So I took a cheaper plan to see me through the day (on Thursday we had no power all day so I could not load more funds through internet banking). I loaded sufficient funds on the phone today to 'upgrade' to the BIS plan and now it turns out I am stuck with emails only for 30 days as you cannot 'change' the plan, I can understand not being able to downgrade your package but now I want to upgrade to the full BIS service and it cant be done. And you cant cancel the plan either! What absolute BS in my opinion, dont they want more money?! Stupid policy not to be able to upgrade your service.
