MTB Headset Issues

Hi

 

I have been riding a Giant XTC 29er 0 - 2011 for over a year and the frame had cracked and so the Frame (only) it was replaced with a Giant XTC 29er 0 2012.

 

Since the transfer of all the components on to the new frame, I have been experiencing issues with the Headset getting loose.

 

The frame Geometry is exactly the same but the only difference i found is:

 

2011 XTC was:

FOX 32 F29 RL-100 w/15QR Thru Axle and Tapered Steerer, 100mm Travel

 

2012 XTC says OverDrive Steerer and i am still using the old orignal fork:

Fox F29 RL Evolution w/ 15mm Thru Axle, OverDrive Steerer, 100mm Travel

 

Please advise ASAP.
