Saint 1x9 vs Zee 1x10

Both cost more or less the same. About R100 difference.

 

Saint 9 speed medium cage mech

Saint 2x9 rear shifter

XT 9 speed cassette 11-34

XTR 9 speed chain

 

Zee 10 speed mech

Zee 1x10 shifter

XT 10 speed cassette 11-36

XTR 10 speed chain

 

Which would be the better option. Currently running 1x9 with XT and its time to replace cassette and chain. Derailleur took a massive beating the other day and it simply isn't what it should be.

 

Im leaning towards the Saint 1x9.

I have a friend that accidentally ordered 2 short cages when he built his bike. He has 1 left over. If you like I'll ask him what he wants for it.
