jiggs Posted October 22, 2012 Share I'm 1.8 m and has change my crank from 50/34 172.5mm to 175mm 53/39. How does this influence my bike set-up.
Cippo Posted October 22, 2012 Share Why did you change the cranks, out of interest? Changes could be minimal in terms of leverage in relation to power transfer to pedals. Your leg length is more relevant than your height when it comes to your crank length. My ideal crank length should be 175 but 172.5 is more than adequate after doing an Ergofit setup. It might influence your seat setback though. Best is too get an Ergofit or BG ft one to make sure.
jiggs Posted October 22, 2012 Share Thanks maybe will try the Ergofit. It was the only standard BB30 crank available at the time.
