bert Posted October 30, 2012 Share I participated in the '3 Days of Racing' presented by the Centurion Cycling Club, on Oct 26-28 in and around Pretoria.I really think this one should be supported by more participators as it was a very enjoyable weekend for a very reasonable fee (R210,- for all 3 days if you pre entered)First day was a Hill climb at the Voortrekker Monument.2.4km with the first 500m at about 12% gradient, the rest between 4 and 6%.Second day a 82km road race at Rooiwal, which was also a normal GN League event.52km and 26km also offered (not part of the 3 Days of Racing)Thirth day a Criterium at the Zwartkop Race Track.Looks easy, but 'at speed' becomes very demanding. After the Criterium there was a prize giving with a First, Second and third prize for each CategoryLooking forward to next year.
