pista Posted November 3, 2012 Share I'm 179 with a 84cm in seam and a 75cm saddle height so we're pretty close. Used to ride Med bikes, but since I've started running shorter stems I've found that I run out of space in the top tube. No ways I'm going back to longer stems so hav opted to go for a Large in both my bikes. Perfect fit. I am 176 and seat height 73cm and a top tube of 58.5. Most mediums i looked at were 56 or 57cm tt so i needed a 120mm stem and that's just to long.I also ended up with a large with a 59 cm tt and a 100mm stem.Much happier and better handling.
