1999 Pedro Delagdo Macario Tour Road bike

Was cleaning out the garage this weekend and came across an old dusty road bike i bought from a mate back in 1999 on his return from World Track Cycling Champs claiming that he was given this Bike by Pedro Delgado. (somehow doubt this was true)

 

Thought nothing of it at the time and did many happy Km's on this Bike.

 

Googled the bike this morning and came up with this Link, This is the exact Bike,saddle, shimano 600, specs , paintjob of the bike sitting dusty in my garage, even with the "pedro delgado" sprayed on the cross bar.

 

Any Re-Builders or vintage bike enthusiasts think this is worth any money now and more importantly think i could find a New Home where it will be more appreciated than gathering dust in my Garage.

 

The only changes are I put on campagnola mirage deep section rims (but sure ive still got the original mavics somewhere) and i added a longer stem as the bike was a little too big for me.

Any thoughts on this bike? or is it just an old replica bike endorsed by PdG...
