Bike rack wheel clamp arms - who or where?

I'd like to find some wheel clamp arms for a bike rack, the type that secure the bike by it's wheels rather than the frame.

 

Basically mount the bike, swing the arms up front and back and clamp. Not need to lock as they are in my enclosed trailer.

 

I'd like individual ones rather than the industrial type we see on the commercial bike trailers we see transporting bikes to races.

 

Anyone make such a beast? Or knows someone?

Thanks V12man, a mate has that mounted on his trailer, the wheel lock is close to what I want.

What about one of these - I fancy one of their towbar racks - but they don't mount to the ball - only a square receiver.
