Longer Skewer for trainer

Does anybody know where I can get a longer skewer so that my new bike with a rear through axle can fit onto my Indoor Trainer?

 

The standard skewer that came with the TacX trainer has an axle length of 160mm and the skewer on my Trek has an axle length of 200mm.

 

Can anybody help me or give me ideas on how I can make this work?
