I am waiting for a parcel from CWC that was posted 28 Nov, on the 29th it was at 'Capemail' hub and thats where it appears to still be! Is this usual or should I now make some coffee, pick up the phone and prepare myself for some SAPO frustration!

Might be sitting at your post-office and the online tracking has not been updated. Phone your post office or cape mail.

Phone them, all they can me is its in 'transit', so from the 29th of Nov who knows where it is!

 

Normally I would have received by now after a weekend of 'transit'!
